The meeting is open to all.
Hats Off for Leadership
As project managers, many of us find ourselves in a position where we have to wear many hats to drive our project to success. Ultimately, our role as the project manager is to deliver a well-run, successful project. However, from the beginning to the end we find ourselves playing many roles from analyst to protector, den mother to executive and even therapist. Yes, there's a need for us to be multi-talented and versatile, but playing all these roles at once can become very difficult. Perhaps a better alternative is to simply provide great leadership. Leadership includes all of the necessary ingredients for producing extraordinary results. This session will focus on what the qualities are that a leader must have to deliver outstanding performance through others.
Participants will leave the session with:
1. A better understanding of what makes a project manager extraordinary.
2. Become familiar with the four components of leadership
